There are 2 baristas in your cafe. Both baristas use the same espresso machine, coffee beans etc. Both of them uses the same technique in preparing your espresso beverage.
Barista #1 takes your order, prepares your beverage and serves it to you.
Barista #2 takes your order, prepares your beverage and at the same time engages a short conversation with you. Then serves the beverage to you.
